MTT Turbine Fire-Fighting Airboat™

MTT has embarked on an emergency vehicle design combining the versatility of an airboat with full fire-fighting, EMS, and rescue capabilities. The MTT Turbine Fire-Fighting Airboat™ is powered by a 420-hp Rolls-Royce® turbine engine, featuring an electronic control system managing all starting procedures, fuel consumption, and engine governing. This innovative, amphibious emergency vehicle is akin to a Swiss Army Knife™, with a multitude of applications housed in one tidy 16' - 24' package.

Providing full fire-fighting capability, the Fire-Fighting Airboat™ has a water pump system within its trailer legal hull. This new generation model is designed to deliver 1,200 to over 2,000-gpm to a distance of 200+ feet, either via hand-held nozzles or remote-controlled 270-degree cannons mounted to the hull. Pressures are between 150-psi - 170-psi, with a water lift of 15+ feet. Considering this impressive flow rate, the Fire-Fighting Airboat™ can also be used as a pump system during flood control situations.
