MTT Turbine SUPERBIKE on TV

Introducing MTT Frac Pumps and Blender Units
As head of technology for our oilfield service partners, MTT designed and built the first fully integrated Frac Stack Pack”.  These frac units use a 3,850 hp turbine to drive a 2,000 to 2,700+ hhp pump.

Due to its small size and weight, MTT can customize two on a trailer with a control house. Three on a trailer can also be configured. At 23,000 lbs per Stack Pack wet, a single frac unit can be placed on a small bobtail for tight roads and difficult field access. Proven emissions reduction of up to 80% less than a diesel engine running on #2 diesel fuel. Bio fuel ready.

Blender Units
In addition to manufacturing turbine-powered frac pumps, MTT integrates two 1,400-hp turbine engines into our Blender Units.   Completely contained and mobile, each unit has a footprint of only 9' x 4'.

Introducing MTT Turbine General Pumpers
In response to the industry’s need for high-density capacity in chemical and general pumping, MTT has produced the MTT Turbine Double Pumper featuring dual 1,400-hp turbines driving dual 1,000-hhp quintiplex pumps on a single trailer.  A 420 hp turbine is installed to drive the hydraulic system.

Just released to the oilfield, these chemical and general pumps can be used for any number of fluids, cement or acid.  They are also used for pump down work, coiled tubing support and P&A.  Bio fuel ready.

For general fluid pumping, MTT introduces an upgradeable 600 hhp trailer with a 1,400 hp turbine driver.  The MTT Turbine Double Pumper product line is customizable and flexible.  Bio fuel ready.

Introducing MTT's Drill Water Evaporation Process

Drill Water EvaporationDrill water disposal has long been a costly problem.  Reinjection is not always feasible due to potential pollutants being introduced into the water table.  MTT’s response is to evaporate the water via the turbine waste heat when running any frac or pump job.  MTT’s soon to be released production model will consist of a removable water collection vessel ducted near the turbine exhaust.  A continuous supply of drill water is directed to the vessel and harmless steam is then vented to atmosphere.  Residual solids in the vessel are collected and safely disposed of.  A high volume of waste water can be continuously disposed of at site and can act as a processing depot for surrounding fields.  The  1,000+ degree turbine waste heat is literally “free energy” when the turbine is running any form of pump job.

Introducing MTT Turbine Nitrogen Pumps
Nitrogen is used to fulfill many oil well stimulation requirements in the oilfield industry.  But there are size and weight limitations governing how much volume can be delivered via the conventional diesel-powered pump trucks.  MTT has solved this problem by designing the MTT Turbine Nitrogen Pump providing greater product capacity with the smallest footprint possible (420-hp - 3,800-hp), thereby leaving more room for larger storage tanks.

MTT’s design uses the waste heat from the 420 hp turbine to flash the liquid N2 as well as to provide prime power.  The turbine as shown weighs only 160 lbs.  Bio fuel ready.

New MTT Turbine NitroGEN
Turbine engine power range of 420-hp - 3,800-hp, providing nitrogen generation in the field and offshore on a single trailer-mounted assembly.  Tremendous turbine waste heat is made available, similar to the MTT Turbine Nitrogen Pump (TM).

MTT Turbine PowerGEN
Small 420-hp power gen-sets sized for shipboard use as well as any land-based application.  Currently designed for 250-kW output, the MTT Turbine PowerGEN sets ensure a de-rated turbine for great longevity.  The PowerGEN is also designed for modular field conversion to a fluid pump for fire control, de-watering or general pumping requirements.  Larger sized units can be designed in the 1,400 and 3,850 hp range.  All units can have heat recovery and are bio fuel ready.

MTT Introduces Equipment to Oilfield

LAGCOE, the LA/Gulf Coast Oil Expo, set as debut of MTT designed turbine-powered frac pumps and blenders in March of 2007. MTT attended the trade show in Lafayette, LA as co-exhibitors with their partners, Turbine Stimulation Technologies (TST) and Hub City Industries (HCI). As LAGCOE was the first public display of MTT's innovative oilfield and well stimulation products, there was a great deal of excitement within the industry, and the reaction was even better than expected.
